John

John Sweeney  Board President

John is 41 years old and has been a dedicated member of the sheriff's department for 14 1/2 years. For the past 3 1/2 years, he has served as Lieutenant over Criminal Investigations, demonstrating his leadership and expertise in law enforcement. His extensive professional background, combined with his deep understanding of community needs, makes him a valuable asset to our organization.

Having lived in Bedford County for 38 years, John has strong ties to our community. Born in Hope, AR, his family's roots in Bedford County further reinforce his connection to the area. John is supported by his loving wife Ann Sweeney, their three daughters—Megan (Sam) Sinquefield, Brooklynn Sweeney, and Kaitlyn Sweeney—their son Chase Bledsoe (Marion Wallace), and two grandchildren, Ryker Bledsoe and Ensley Sinquefield.

In addition to his professional and family life, John enjoys fishing and golfing, hobbies that allow him to connect with nature and unwind. Known for his humor and approachable nature, John is a beloved figure in the community, capable of connecting with people from all walks of life.

Aimee

Aimee Campbell Board Secretary

Aimee Campbell is a social media strategist and community advocate based in Wartrace, Tennessee. With a background in behavioral therapy and a heart for faith-driven service, she brings a unique blend of communication, compassion, and leadership to the Life Source Family Solutions Board of Directors.

Aimee has over a decade of experience in grassroots outreach, leading donation drives and awareness campaigns to support local families. She is a lifelong member of Edgemont Baptist Church, where she serves in children’s ministry, Vacation Bible School, and annual productions. A passionate advocate for mental health, Aimee believes deeply in the power of Christ-centered care to help people feel seen, supported, and loved.

She and her husband, Chris, have been married for nine years and are raising their daughter, Ali, in the same spirit of purpose and faith that guides her work in the community.

Brian Huggins Ex Officio Board Treasurer

Brian serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of Credit Portfolio Risk and Analytics at FirstBank. He launched his banking career at the former National Bank of Commerce (NBC), ascending through roles from Credit Analyst to Chief Risk Officer. As a Mid-Career Examiner & Loan Review Specialist for the FDIC, he played a crucial role in evaluating Tennessee’s state-chartered institutions post-financial crisis. Currently, in the private sector, Brian expertly applies his regulatory insights to optimize FirstBank's commercial loan portfolio management.

Originally from Hendersonville, Tennessee, Brian is proudly married to Laura Huggins from Bedford County. He holds a B.A. in Sports Management and an MBA from the University of Tennessee. A passionate supporter of Tennessee sports, he cherishes winter vacations exploring trails via snowmobile. Brian and Laura are proud parents to two English Black Labradors and three daughters, Kenzie (Stephen) Cole, Halee (Caleb) Crabtree and Savana (Brandon) Mezquiriz. Recent additions to the family include two wonderful grandson, Christian Cole and Noah Crabtree.
